DevHunt (devhunt.org) is a community-driven, open-source launchpad built by developers for developers, launched in 2023 by indie builder John Rush to address the lack of visibility for dev tools on broader platforms like Product Hunt. It focuses solely on developer-centric products such as APIs, SDKs, infrastructure services, libraries, and SaaS tools for technical users—excluding info products. Submissions require GitHub authentication and pull requests, ensuring authenticity and reducing spam while fostering collaboration.
